About the event

TENDER // RACE INFORMATION The ROSE German GravelMasters powered by SCHWALBE is a gravel bike race for everyone. It takes place on a circuit on the Hoheward heap. The round is about 7 kilometers long and has to be completed 7 times during the race. The route has a total of about 600 meters in altitude. The subsoil alternates between asphalt, gravel and firm, natural subsoil. Both wide and narrow paths are used. The race takes place in mass start mode. Before the start there is a short, neutralized introductory phase. // ENTRY FEE €39.00 per person including VAT // PARTICIPANTS Maximum: 250 participants // DEADLINE 09/18/2023 If the starter contingent is not exhausted, late registrations will be accepted on the day of the event. 6 € extra charge for late registration. // PROGRAM | PROCEDURE Start number issue in the Race Office: Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 8:00 a.m 9:45 a.m.: Start of the ROSE German GravelMasters powered by SCHWALBE approx. 2:00 p.m.: award ceremony // RATINGS Women/Men (born 2007 or later) Women/Men Masters (born in 1983 or later) For a rating/award, at least 3 drivers per class must be at the start. Otherwise the participants will be rated in the higher class. // PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS Everyone is eligible to participate; the minimum age is 16 years (participants must be 16 years old in the year of the event). Participants under the age of 18 must present a written declaration of consent from their parents or a legal guardian (a template must be requested from the organizer). The race is purely for everyone and is therefore not registered with the respective national association. License holders start at their own risk. There is a drop bar requirement for the bike used, i.e. drop bars must be used. Bikes with motor support (pedelecs, e-gravel bikes, etc.) are NOT allowed to race.
